- ECA would provide the technically necessary facilities for smooth operation of the academy and the ones that aid coaching, however the maintenance, upkeep and safety would remain the responsibility of the coaches and trainees.
- The trainees will take utmost care of all the core and supporting equipment provided to them by ECA.
- Any damage caused knowingly or unknowingly or even through negligence will be treated as the responsibility of the trainee(s).
- Misuse of infrastructure may result in suspension or expulsion of the trainee. However prior warning will be provided in writing before stern action are taken.
- If any trainee is proved to be guilty of causing damage to the provided infrastructure, ECA holds the right to recover the damages from the trainee.
